Exhibitions                               No deposit required but all losses and breakages to be paid for

This price list represents a fair and sustainable fee structure which will enable DEED to continue to offer a unique and valuable service to schools, settings, community groups and individuals across Dorset.

To sustain this service
§       A cancellation fee of £10 will be payable for all loans cancelled more than two weeks       before the loan date
§       Cancellations made less than two weeks before the loan date will incur the full loan fee
§       All losses and breakages must be paid for at the current replacement value and may     incur an admin charge
§       All fees will be payable at the time of booking or collection
§       Deposit cheques will be needed for every loan. These will be returned once the loan has been verified as being complete
§       INSET and Workshops fees are non refundable and non transferable to other events

Delivery & Collection Service available to all customers
§       Charges are zonal reflecting the distance from the DEED Resource Centre
§       Delivery times will be fixed by DEED staff
§       Items not ready for collection will be the responsibility of the lender to return to DEED
